After much consideration,I decided to do a review on my beloved series,Fringe,After a period of boredom and to pay respect to the director/producer I admired very much ,J.J. Abrams.
As you can guess from his names,you are likely to expect an action packed,sci-fi story.J.J. is an extremely talented man who had created many great series such as Felicity,Alias or the infamous Lost and he directed a movie that millions of people had remembered...yes,am talking about freaking Mission Impossible 3,Cloverfield and the wonderful Star Trek remake.
Fringe is no doubt,a great series addition to all the hardcore nerds out there and remembered...this review only based on my opinion only...but since I make a blog about it,This make my opinion better than yours...
In the first episode,The show bring us to a plane in a middle of a minor storm.We soon focus on a man who were having difficulty dealing with the turbulence.He soon injected himself with a syringe and walk off his seat.A air hostess soon approached him and ask him in Germany to go back to his seat.This is the part where all hell break lose.The mysterious man's face started to melt slowly as he tried to clung on other people desperately for his dear life unknowingly that he was spreading a virus.The air hostess quickly rush into the captain's cabin and the pilot switch on Auto-Pilot...and as he came out to show his face to his crew,we can literally see his jaws dropped off...i mean it.His jaws freaking drop!And it looked so damn cool!
The show later introduced us to our protagonist,Olivia Dunham.An FBI agent who were assigned to investigate the spread of unexplained phenomena.She soon recruited a man name Peter Bishop in order to release Walter Bishop from an Insane Asylum,Peter's Father.Walter was a modern-day mad scientist who were working on 'Fringe Science' who had the answer to every strange phenomenon and he might be the one who caused it.
The show pretty much use the same concept as CSI.The show started something happen and after the opening,the investigation start.But Fringe always left your jaw hanging from your mouth every single time the episode end(ironic).The story is fast,amazing and full of suspense and action which you will look forward to next week episode everytime.For those who are not fond of sci-fi genre,this series/drama will definitely change your mind.
